At 777 views, this was the most-read piece of the month. Maybe it was the clickbait title—or maybe we’ve all survived a PD flop (or delivered one 😬).

Luckily, I was trained early on the principles of adult learning, so I haven’t been on the receiving end too often. But I’ve witnessed more PD trainwrecks than I care to count.
